Big Food Little Calories

did you know a large 1/2 inch slice of tomato is 5 calories- I love tomato sandwiches in the summer

Iceberg lettuce is less than 5 calories for 1/2 cup- great for a crunch on my sandwich

What other food is filling and very low calories- less than 40 calories

    You should be eating around 1600-2k a day if you are 5'5" with a body fat% of around 30....

    Lettuce?
    Salads?
    Carrots?
    um.....

    Check the link on my profile to be sure you are eating the proper amount of calories per day.
    That way you wont have to worry about low cal foods.

    Healthy is the way I am going - and new deas are always helpful


    Oh and am trying the tofu noodles this weekend
  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
    egg whites
    dry fried fish

    more calories than what you're talking, but when i'm looking for good protein, low cal.. these are a few of my go-to's.

    Are you talking about shiritaki? Try a Hungry Girl recipe for it, since the noodle consistancy is a little different I wouldn't recommend just shiritaki and pasta sauce.
