Good Workouts with Low Impact

Hi. I have a pretty bad leg injury right where my thigh meets my hip. I have had it for 4 years now. When I try to do a lot of what is considered "the best" workout DVD's I hurt myself pretty badly. I can't do anything that requires me to jump or pivot.
I am wondering if anyone knows of a good, full body, low impact workout DVD? I see all these people using the beach body products with great results and I wish I could do the same but I wind up putting myself out of commission for weeks if I try.

That's what I use now. I am happy with it but I was looking to do more and work more muscles.0

There is a new workout that just came out from beachbody called Tai Cheng, there is no wieghts and helps with mobility. Here are a couple of links:

I checked it out. Someone else recommended it also. But I have to say it does not say much about helping you lose weight, tone, or anything like that. It seems like it is to help with joint issues, which is nice, but I don't think I would spend $120 on that.0
