Hi, I just started here on myfitnesspal. I have previously lost in the past 3 months 30 lbs, but have stalled out. I injured my hip and need to watch my calories more than ever now. I am slowly recovering, starting with light exercises and need more motivation to help me keep on track until I am up to speed!

    Hi, I'm Arta and I started MFP this month. I lost 30 pounds on my own last year but still need to lose about 30 more. I needed something to keep me on track and a co-worker suggested MFP. I am hooked! I lose weight very slowly no matter what I do, so I need something that will keep me motivated, too!
