Body Pump DVD

Hi all! I just bought the body pump dvd, and im so excited! Was wondering if anyone had it and wanted to join me on this 90 day journey. I used to go to the classes at the gym and loved the results. I'm starting my journey all over after a set back due to my separation from my husband and some support would be great to receive and give.

    I'm in! I've had the dvd for about 2 weeks now and LOVE it. I was going to a group fitness class from jan-march 1-2 times a week for it but do not have the membership anymore.


    Are you doing any other cardio during the week?
