My name is Valerie. I am 37 and married with 8 children. My youngest is going to be 3 years old. I am tired of the weight I have put on due to fast foods, quick high calorie meals and just staying at home doing nada. I am ready to change for the better and I am starting to exercise more so I can look after ME. And after 22 years I have finally quit smoking thanks from the love of God and my Lord, Jesus Christ. Glad to meet you all!!!

    I am 39 and the mother of 4 boys, my youngest being 7. I know all too well about being tired and sick of the extra weight. This webstie is wonderful and will give you the tools you need to get your life back. Do it for yourself and be an example to your precious family. If I can do it, you can too!!
