The first I'm on the left at my heaviest (158). The second I'm at 122 and the third I'm at 118. Sorry for the crazy faces. haha

You look great! It's nice to see someone with similar stats for inspiration. I am 5'1" and started MFP a few weeks ago at 157. I would like to get back down to 118, which is where I was when I got married 13 years ago.0

how did you do it? i am 5.2 and i wanted to get to 125 and i have struggled! I started at 140 and i can't get past 132.,i have dropped to 131.4 and that was it and then back up. this week i have been all over the place, 132 and on wed up to 135,lol... today back to 132. i log everything and i cut out a lot of bad habits including pop, etc and i exercise min 30 minutes a day up to 60.... and no luck.. i started this Oct 22... believe that! never would of thought to loose at least 10 lbs was going to be so hard!0

You look great! I'm 5'1 1/2" and my goal is 135 where I was when I met my hubby 15 years ago. But seeing you has me thinking, maybe a little lower. I'll reevaluate once I get to 135.0

I started at 140 and i can't get past 132.,i have dropped to 131.4 and that was it and then back up. this week i have been all over the place, 132 and on wed up to 135,lol... today back to 132. i log everything and i cut out a lot of bad habits including pop, etc and i exercise min 30 minutes a day up to 60.... and no luck.. i started this Oct 22... believe that! never would of thought to loose at least 10 lbs was going to be so hard!0

We must be twins, I'm struggling to lose those last 10 lbs. My goal is 125 too, I'm stuck at 135. I've been doing 4 days of 90 to 110 minutes of (weights, spining, and interval runs). I just check my BMR at 142 was 1329.1 and now my BMR at 135 is 1298.65, I'm wondering if I need to input my goals with my current rate to see if my calorie intake changes for the workouts I'm doing.0

i would it changes with every lb. with me at 132 i am at 1248 bmr. I changed my goals for calories to that min... i just don't what else to do to get that 10lb goal met...i still wanted to get under that in the end. why can so many others with a mew build at 5.2 get under 125? but yet i struggle to get to 130.0

I do exercise a lot and I eat around 1500-1600 per day. When I was eating 1200 I hit a plateau hard and I didn't break it until I increased my calories. I think my body thought I was starving and I couldn't lose any weight without a sufficient amount of calories.We must be twins, I'm struggling to lose those last 10 lbs. my calorie intake was 1200 for nov and dec, that is when i lost 5 lbs. in Jan i hit plateau for the entire month so for feb i upped it to 1310. from a 1 lb loss to a .5 loss a week, since that was all i was loosing anyway... 2 weeks in and i lost 1 lb but then have been yo yo ing up and down 2 lbs all of feb. So yesterday i put it to my bmr of 1252. i should see some sort of result in a month time frame.... i just can't seem to get under 132. i will hit 131 for a day then it's gone. maybe once a week for the last 2 weeks. but then back up the next day. so for march i figured i'd go down a bit more and see where that takes me. who knew this was going to be so hard. I had a goal date ( 5 month) to loost at least the 1st 10... can't get past 8...0 -

I love this thread, you look amazing, very inspirational. When did you start? I'm almost 5'2, I was 155 and I'm currently 129. My ultimate goal is 115. It's not easy but I feel great and hope to look as good as you soon. I'll have flabby belly skin though b/c I've had 2 kids, it's all about how we feel right?! Who says I can't wear a 50s style high waisted bikini? You rock!0

I am 5ft2in but I am still 180 and right now I would like to get down to 140-150lbs. so if I manage to get to 140-150 I will probably still have my pouchy belly and be chuncky ? I don't want to have my goal so low that i get frustrated trying to reach there or have to eat like a bird to get there.0

I am also in the 130-135 range and have the same issues as many of you ladies. It's great to know I'm not the only one, haha... The only time I was able to get below 125 in recent years was last summer with a mostly-raw diet (and practically no exercising). But eating raw is super difficult to maintain in the winter and I've gained it all back. Plus at the time I didn't really feel any thinner, so I think exercise and getting stronger are key.0 -
I got to around the 120s once, but I was skinny fat. Wasn't pleased with that. I'm currently ~135lbs with 32% body fat -- yikes, definite belly. Wanting to see what it's like to be there again with cardio and weightlifting this time around.0

Thanks for sharing. I'm 5'2" and currently 157lbs. It's helpful so see someone with the same height with the same starting weight, and the progress.
