Flabby AND muscly arms?

So when I was looking in the mirror today I've noticed that my arms, although still really flabby, are rather muscly at the bicep area, which is really odd. At the moment I lift with two 5lb weights doing bicep curls, weighted squats, side lifting and lifting behind my head for my triceps. (Very technical I know).
Has anyone else noticed being muscly and bingo-winged at the same time? Does it get better with more weight loss? At the moment I look like I should be in the circus...

I have the same problem! I've have a little definition in my bicep but still have awful triceps even though I work those out, too. I'd love to hear others' thoughts.0

I'm the same. I think because I haven't lost much fat on my arms it still shows. Also, I believe that compared to the bicep, the tricep is a small muscle, so maybe thats why it doesn't show as easily.0
