I like them. I usually have the Atkins ones so they aren't so sugar laden though.0

PhD Diet Whey bars are great (in the UK)0

Thanks I just wanted to make sure.0

Best tasting ones are Gensoy protein bars. OMG... it's like a chocolate bar0
-
sugar content would have been my next question0

I love the special K protein bars, The double chocolate and the chocolate peanut butter are AWESOME!!!0

My fave are the Zone Perfect Protein, but lately I've been using lower calorie ones like WonderSlim. In any event, I eat one every day for my midmorning snack--couldn't live without them!0

do these bars fill you up? if i eat one for breakfast will it last till lunch?0

I incorporate them quite a bit! I stay away from the sugar laden ones....mostly use muscle milk light bars, carb revolution ( yum) and atkins or wonderslim. I drink alot of water when I eat them so I feel fuller. They are low calorie, low sugar and I am busy too so very portable.
