I finish on Wednesday. Hopefully I will be able to see the difference in before and after pics. I have been feeling fitter and my clothes are more comfortable. I started 30DS only a week after I started changing what I ate and joining MFP. I think I had got to the point where if I had gained only a bit more I wouldn't have been able to fit into some of my clothes. So now after 5kilos (all up) Everything is fitting normally again.

I will be starting the 30DS all over again once I finish it. I hope by the time I finish it a second time I will have gone down a dress size.

I started it last week and am on Lvl 1 day 6. I'm one of those people who are overly critical of workout dvds (because I think perhaps you'd be more successful going to a gym regularly instead) but I must say I think the 30DS is amazing.

Jillian Michael's isn't too annoying, and she seems to really understand what makes people tick when they are working out. The exercises are very effective and definitely get your heart rate up.

I have only been doing it for 6 days and I can see an incredible difference. I have more definition in my tummy, my thighs have toned up some and my arms are definitely stronger.

    I highly recommend this DVD.

I am female, 160lbs and 5'8" so I'm not expecting to lose much from this work out, but its really good for toning and giving you a really intense 20 min work out.

Completed on March 1. I only lost 5.5 pounds but lost 9.5 inches. I am 52 years old and I did many of the modifications but kept moving! It is definately worth the effort! I am doing Ripped in 30 now and hope for continued success. Good luck to you.

I did 30DS 30 days non stop and now am doing C25K/Ripped in 30 hybrid.

30DS was a real wake up call for me, as I hardly could do the first week without stopping multiple times. By the end, my endurance was up and I really enjoyed it.

Just for kicks I went back and did step 1 and hardly broke a sweat. Its amazing how fast the body can adapt.

I completely all 3 levels last year. At the time I wasn't a big fan of Jillian but I really like this video. I love the 3 step (cardio, strength, abs) approach. I think its really good for beginners.

I'm on day 8 of 30DS. The first few days were really hard for me - day 1 due to being unfit but day 2, 3 & 4 due to the muscle pain! Since then though I've been feeling better and better. I feel like my body is changing as well. I'm looking forward to seeing what the final results will be :)

I haven't completed yet, but I will tell you to keep going! I have started two other times during the last few weeks and had to quit due to having the flu. I love it and I am starting to gain more endurance as I do it more, and I am a rather large person (6'0" 291lb).

One little word of advice: I am still working level one and I have gotten sick of the same music over and over each day, but now that I know the routine and have listened to Jillians instructions over and over, I put it on mute and listen to upbeat music instead while I follow along. It helps a lot!

    Good luck and have fun!!!

I bought this DVD and tried it for the first time on Thursday. I've never been into working out so I was in a little bit of pain on Friday and a little bit more today. I plan on doing it again tomorrow along with a long bike ride. I definitely feel like I woke up some muscles that have been sleeping for a while :)
  • I finished it before my wedding in 2008 and lost about 15 pounds of that 20 pounds ...

    Not bad ehh
