I'm 21 years old 6'1" I weigh 230 pounds not a lot of muscle and I've always wanted to get stronger, and lose weight, ultimately getting back into shape, better than when I played highschool football. I've been working out strong for, my 6th week now, and that was one of my goals is to start working out with dedication, and I know I don't plan to stop. But I still wasn't losing any weight. So my friend told me about this website and how he started some diet called, I think keto, and has lost 15 pounds so far and going on to his third week. So, I decided to try out this website to show me what I'm eating and how healthy I am eating and see if I can make my goals or dreams come true XD
