Good evening guys and gals,
Just a quick question; I am doing ok and losing weight here and there, I have now lost 5 pounds over the last 3 weeks, I have a daily in-take of 1530 calories, should I be changing my daily in-take to match my weight loss? (So having a few less calories).
Or... should I be eating more for my height and weight?
I am 5 foot 9 / 5 foot 10.
I am currently 12 Stone 7 Pounds.

Ideally yes (but realistically it's probably not worth worrying about yet), your daily caloric deficit is marginally less that what your target is.0
