My go to snack is 4 table spoons of fat free whipped cream and a little sugar free chocolate syrup. It's like chocolate pudding with low cal and carbs. What's yours?

Whatever I want. I just fit it into my calories.

But in between (I eat my sweets at night mostly), I'll chew on one or two Jelly Belly Sours to get a sweet flavor.

This or if I'm working at the gas station I'll eat honey roasted peanuts so I can get my sweet fix.

The other thing option (this is if I have a *horrible* sugar craving) I do is I'll get something like the zebra cakes that have 2 in one bag, I'll eat one and give one to a co-worker.

My daily dessert is an apple and 3 Nairn's oat cookies. When I have a big workout, I might have ice cream, but I measure the portions (2 please).

A spoonful of apple sauce or jam, or 2 pieces of Wrigley's Extra strawberry sugar-free gum...tastes like sweets, flavour stays for a good while! Also, 85 per cent dark chocolate...a little goes such a long way. I also sometimes mash up a banana into a paste and sprinkle over it some cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder and mash it in, turns into a delicious pudding!

I'm all about sugar free jell-o or jell-o pudding. I also like to indulge myself with one small spoonful of peanut butter from time to time.
