Okay. I know you are suppose to eat all of your calories but what if you are comfortably full? Are you suppose to keep eating? Im so confused. I still have like 300 calories to eat and its 12 and im full.... does that mean i wont lose weight?

    It's ok for 1 day but it shouldn't be a habit as then you could go into starvation mode making it much much more difficult to lose weight. please read the post "Newbies please read me." It will answer all your questions. If you're struggling to meet your calories then try adding calorie dense healthy foods such as natural peanut butter or a handful of almonds as a snack!
