Why doesn't strenght training showing any calories burned? The more muscle on your body the more calories you burn and I know strength training/ crossfit burn a butt-load of calories.:noway:

Log it under cardio as 'strength training'.

I just log it under cardio. I use my HRM and today I burned 511 calories with a 10 min. cardio warm up and 40 minutes of strength training. It burns a lot!

HRM's aren't reliable to use with strength training. You probably didn't burn more than 300-350 max. But the raise in RMR is what counts.
