hi , i new here and English is not my first language . i am now on diet plan , this how i found this site by google

i am morbid obese man who lost his 28 years old by being fat ,

in years ago my weight rang between 120-140 kilos but i 4 years i hit 250 kilos . iam 192 cm tall

i started a diet in 31/12/2011 it is been almost 3 months , i lost 37 kilos iam now 213 kilos i dont know is this healthy but iam eat
well and exercise 4 times per week beside the walk , i dont starve my self

i eat chicken( 2 large breast ) , fish , vege , fruits ( apple orange greepfruit strewperry banana ) , i start with breakfast then one fruit then launch then one fruit ( almost 4 houses in-between )

i drink lot of water and i take glucophage ( for weight lose not diabetes )

i continue with my diet , hope reach at least 150 kilos for first step
