and I am over 7grams in the fat area.......suggestions?

    Can you do a quick DVD/Netflix workout? Jumping jacks & burpees? Run around the block a few times? Would "buy" you a few more calories and make dinner easier. :tongue: Otherwise, eat something healthy & enjoy it, and don't fret if you're a bit over today.

    Same issue here, only I have 130cals left for the day. Lol I'll probably pop in a workout DVD and eat a light dinner

    Shrimp and veggies, or do as suggested above and just make it healthy and enjoy.
