If you have the program then the workbook specifically addresses those questions very directly. So, I don't understand your question. Can you elaborate?

Just for kicks and giggles, do you have p90x program including the workbook and nutrition guide and all of the dvd's that come with it?

Do you have the guide book? There are instructions that tell you what schedule to follow, it helps with the muscle confusion.

Datboy first you need to get the full program. I know a few people who get it off ebay, or from a friend, or through a retail a retail outlet such as amazon etc. And they are always missing part of the package.

If you don't get the program the right way (from a team beachbody coach or infomercial) then you run serious risks of over use injuries on your bones and joints.

Anyway, that's why right of the bat I asked if you had the whole program. Once you have it your questions you posted in this thread are answered in a very direct way and the benefits will be enormous for you.

I did chest shoulders and triceps and ab ripper X yesterday out of phases 2 and four. Today I feel what feels like thousands of tiny little fingers massaging my muscles.

V up roll up kills me to. But now that I can do them its one of those exercises that would be easy if it were one of the first exercises. But given that it's placed where you are already wasted they are really hard!

i just tried abripperx the other day.

i call my effort ab ripper x 0.25---b/c i could only do about 1/4 of everything on there!
and those v roll ups? i don't know if i can ever do them!! i can do the second half but there is no way i can roll up my top part--laughingly pathetic!

i am so doing the routine again tho!

like i said, dh is doing the whole pgm. i can do kenpox, xstretch and now adding abripperx. i'm so glad he bought the product! i would never have had the courage to do any of it, but seeing him progress and succeed is motivating.

to all you dedicated folks--you ROCK! :drinker:
