Light exercise for BMR purposes

Hi,
I'm a little unclear of what is counted as 'light excersize 3-4 days a week' for BMR calculation purposes. I sit for most of the week, but also work about 20 hours a week at McDonalds which is at least some sort of excersize and I add my excersize calories in separately as they are sporadic.
Would I qualify as lightly active, or would I still qualify as sedentry?

Lightly active or higher would be my opinion. Something that would really help you is to use a TDEE calculator that has minute inputs such as the Calorie Counter on FitnessFrog. Enter in work days vs non work days etc- and then you will have a good idea of your week and TDEE.
