Am I really hungry or is it emotional?

I don't know if anyone else has gone through this but I am in my second week of using MFP and every day I have been able to finish under my daily calorie requirements by several hundred calories.

For some reason today I literally finished with only 40 calories to spare and I stil feel a bit hungry. I am also find myself extremely anxious and really tired. Maybe this is some kind of delayed adjustment to my eating habits but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.

    Would you eat an apple or...brussel sprouts?
    Then you are hungry =P

    Whenever you feel hungry grab a glass of water. Usually that will help curve that craving.

    LOL;-) And great point! An apple.. maybe, but brussel sprouts.... a definite no. My guess is that this is more so related to stress and I guess I have gotten so used to eating as comfort that I am having a hard time making a distinction for what is true hunger.
