Stucked at 145lbs

Good day!

My current weight is 145lbs and my goal weight is 130 lbs. My height is 5'4. I am eating 1400 cal/day and working out 3-5 times a week. I already lost 40 pounds since december. For like 3 weeks now, my weight loss stopped/ slowed down. Even though I am working out 3-5 times a week and eating less than 1400 cal/day, Im still stucked at 145 lbs. What can I do to achieve my goal? please help! Thanks!

    I'm in the same boat as you! I'm 5'4" and the summer I lost 20 pounds but this year (sept-now) I have stayed in the 140-145 area and won't budge! Good luck to you!
