    I am loving SPAGHETTI SQUASH, SALMON, NORI, ROASTED GREEN BEANS & SPINACH! I love this so much, I eat it pretty much nightly, LOL! I won't ever get sick of it!

    Chicken breasts wrapped in proscuitto and baked, swapping ground turkey into my fave recipes for sloppy joes, meatloaf, salisbury steak, etc.... I read Cooking Light like it's a novel -- I'm always finding tasty stuff!

    I like doing "breakfast for dinner" when I'm feeling stuck........
    egg white omlettes with veggies, fruit on bagels, breakfast burritos.

    We have "taco tuesday" at our house every week and that's a fun base to try different types of "tacos". I've done whole wheat tacos, tacos in romaine leaves, chicken or beef or steak, etc etc etc. I change it up every week but it's still easy to do because I know I'm doing some sort of taco.

    I eat a lot of baked talapia too. I just season it up and throw in whatever veggies I have, bake for about a half hour and it's a huge filling meal. And if you buy talapia fillets back at the meat counter of the grocery store, they are usually SUPER cheap.

    I marinated chicken breasts in mandarin orange juice, red onion, and garlic. The mandarin oranges were about $5.00 a case at Target, the red onion was fairly cheap, as was the garlic. Broil or grill, and you're set. Add quinoa and a vegetable, and you have the full meal deal. I marinated the chicken overnight.

    100g Black Kale (Bigger Before Cooking)
    1 Cup Shelled Edamame.
    75 g Chicken Breast.
    1/2 Orange or Red Pepper

    Steam all ingredients above.

    Make a dressing in blender with 1 Cup Yogurt, 2 Inch Piece of Ginger, 2 Cloves of Garlic, 1 tsp curry paste, 1 tsp soy sauce (or Bragg's)

    Put 1/2 C. of Dressing over top of the veggies Mixture. Yummy and less that 400 Calories for a HUGE meal. The dressing can be refrigerated and added to any bean/veggie combo.

    I'm also kinda stuck, but we do Fajita Friday here! Pretty low cal and tons of veggies.

    Sometimes we just do sandwich nights...I call it that because my husband eats soups and sandwich but I usually stirfry some peppers and onions. Mmm.

    Italian Parm chicken is always good. I use Kraft Free Zesty Italian and grated Parmesan cheese. I put some in a ziplock bag with some chicken breasts and let it marinate. Put the chicken in a glass pan, and sprinkle a little more parm cheese on top. I cook it at 375F for 25-30 minutes. So yummy!
