Trouble Falling Asleep

Hi,

I used to not be able to fall asleep til past midnight from a lot of sugar or caffeine - but now I am a very healthy eater and the only caffeine I have is one cup of coffee in the morning.

I have a problem falling asleep
past midnight every night mostly... wake up 8-9 am ish from my toddler Son...

Guess just wondering if any natural remedies helped or diet..... :-/

(Yes I do have things on my mind, but not everyday that would keep me up)

Thanks for any tips.

I do too. Right now I am pretty tired but I just can't bring myself to get up and go to bed. Partially due to the fact that I will just lay there dog tired and not fall asleep. My biggest issue is staying asleep though. I will wake up all through the night. Last night was the first night I only woke up about 3-5 times. I have even stopped consuming caffeine and I still had this problem.

i just bought some Melatonin to try. A guy in the same isle at the store said he uses it and works like a charm. My friend also bought some and said so far it works well for her, and same for my boyfriend. I tried for the first time last night so I can't say for sure how well it works for me, but that might be worth a try. I rarely am able to fall asleep before midnight, even when I have to up at 6 for work so that's why I'm trying this...the one night I laid in bed until 2-3 in the morning because I couldn't fall asleep...then worked all day on about 4 hours of sleep. :(
  • I've always been a night owl, so I too have that problem and then if you are a mom - you are forced to get up with the kids in the a.m. I just tried having a glass of warm 1% milk sprinkled with cinnamon on the top...

    Thanks!

Usually the only time I can work out with my schedule and lifestyle is 7-8:30pm... But even on the days I do not work out,
like today, (recovering from strained muscles haha), I'm wide awake at 1 am!

I did hear if you work out in the evening, it may keep you awake later though. :-)

Anyone ever try : Calms Forte Sleep Aid?
