      I think you need to put them in photobucket then put the link there with [IMG]before and after... I think there is a posting in success stories that explains how :) AND you are a rockstar! lol![/img]

      Short version: You'll have to first upload your picture to an image hosting site. Then you can link to it in your post. Someone's already created a tutorial here:

      Key note often overlooked: When you get to the part where it tells you about using the [ IMG ] ... [ /IMG] tags, be sure to use lowercase and remove the spaces from the example text.

      Thank u so much MFP peeps!!! For those wondering what I am doing to lose the weight...I am doing a program called Take Shape for Life....I eat 5 Medifast meals a day and 1 lean and green meal;) as well I drink 6 liters of water a day;-) for 7 months so no I'm not dead and I will keep on so no need to nag keep it to yourself...If u don't like my plan..great for u!! No one likes everything but keep your comments to yourself cause I ain't gonna stop...LMAO!! I will meet my goal of 150lbs in the next couple months then I will Transition for 6 weeks....then Maintain my healthy weight for the rest of my life!! I'm so freaking excited to Maintain!!!;)
