Calories burned on stationary bike

I am a 48 yo female, 5'6", and 174 pounds. On my stationary bike computer I can input my weight. Yesterday I rode for 60 minutes (15.4 miles) at a light resistance and it said I burned 337 calories. Does this seem reasonable? I know everyone is different and a HRM is best, but a HRM is not accurate for me because I am on meds for migraines that lower my resting heart rate.

Sounds reasonable but on the high side.

Yes, that sounds reasonable for a light resistance.

Sounds about right! But yes you can get a HRM to check that.

I go to spin classes three to four days a week and those are in the 400 range for 40-50 minutes. :)

It really depends on the effort and your weight. I go to spin 2 times a week now. I wear a heart rate monitor that tells my my calories burned by my weight and my heart rate after 60 minutes I usually burn between 500-1000 calories. But the high end is usually on the advanced nights when there is fewer recovery and very vigorous effort. I will go with what my heart monitor tells my over the machines. But they are usually very close.
