1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3 tomatoes, diced
2 onions, diced

Whisk together the vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper, mustard, and seasoned salt in a bowl; add the tomato and onion to the bowl and toss to coat; cover and refrigerate overnight.

VERY VERY GOOD!

I also added some feta cheese. make sure you let it marinade overnight- its amazing.

this is tricky to figure out the calorie content, because the majority of the oil is at the bottom of the bowl and doesn't get comsumed. I'd say like 1/4 cup isn't eaten.

Oh wow, I didn't think about that. It would be tempting to just drizzle it over my own serving so I could tell exactly how much, maybe.

I make something like this without the mustard or sugar and I add cucumbers  Sooo delicious!
