This is awesome! I always wonder what to do with all the berries I buy because their 'freshness' window is like 2 seconds. I need to go get some bananas and almond milk, although I just went grocery shopping this morning.0

it totally works, ive made a few versions of this over the last week but have never heard of Dr oz lol.
I think its the bananas that make the icecream texture, too much strawberry and it tastes like yogurt. Adding different flavour protein powders also adds extra deliciousness :-)
adding more milk also makes a mcdonalds type thick shake :-)0 -

I have been making versions fthis for a long time. So good! We will often use a vanilla almond milk for the liquid. And you can change up the fruit ( I think we have always used strawberries) but kiwi, berries, bananas, pineapple, etc. all good.
