Big goals in the Big Easy

Hey!
I've finally cone to the point where I've procrastinated long enough, it's time to get serious! My goal to become healthier and to get my BMI in a normal range. Everyone in my family has diabetes, so I want to take control of my health before I develop diabetes too. So, this means I have to lose about 100 lbs.! Wish me luck! Anyone else with a big goal? Anyone from New Orleans?
