new-wedding weight loss/healthy eating

Hi!

im new here and getting married in 5 months. i've not go massive amounts to lose however ihave put on some winter weight and im feeling pretty grim about myself.
wanting to lose around half a stone i think ( i dont weigh myself, going on a pair of jeans that fit well before xmas!)
i do have a history of an eating disorder however i am really trying to be healthy with this weight loss. healthy eating and exercise. In addition to this i have had a few slip us with binging and purging so hope that logging eveything that i eat will help to curb that.

what i want is to shed a few pounds, feel better about myself and feel healthy!! generally i do eat well. the only thing that kills the diet is the amount of chocolate at work which i find hard to say no to. and also when i work nights i get so tired i just eat!!
