Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
No. Went over by 200 calories

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Got in a 30min walk.

What would I have done differently?
Get to the Y and burn more calories and not have the slice of pizza in additon to the salad.

What is today's personal goals?
Stay within my calories and exercise

    No. Went over my calorie allotment.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    Yes ... had a nice hike even though I didn't feel like going at first.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Went for the hike even though I didn't feel like it at first.
    Although I over snacked, it was on nutritious stuff (no chips, chocolate, etc. etc.)

    What would I have done differently?
    I would have avoided the TV munching. I'm going to have to stop the evening TV ritual.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories and exercise

    No, I only did 30 minutes of Inhale yoga...my goal was an hour of exercise.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Only ate 1/2 of a slice of Little Ceasar's pizza (usually I eat at least 3 whole slices) oh and I drank 9 cups of water!!

    What would I have done differently?
    I would of skipped the 2 chocolate chip cookies I had as a snack.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Eat within my calorie allowance and do at least an hour of exercise

    No, should have left the butter off the bread or skipped the bread altogther.

    Almost (see above)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Did not eat Snickers cake, only had 1/2 of bagel without cream cheese.

    What would I have done differently?
    No butter

    What are today's personal goals?
    Start off the weekend right! Pack my dinner for the road so no fast food.

    Get my self through the workout without stopping =]

    not eaten all those lunchable crackers and bites of kids cereal haha

    stay within calories.. and i already got my exercise in =]

    yes. I fit in my strength training without quitting

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    walked 30 mins to get lunch at Subway and didnt quit while doing strength training on WiiFit

    What would I have done differently?
    nothing

    What is today's personal goals?
    Not to take the day off of working out despite the headache because tonight is pizza and the bf's fams place
