omg, i want that pizza.
Coconut oil can be used instead of butter. i have some. i really like it. you just have to remember to take it out of the refrigerator a bit before you cook so it isn't rock hard.0 -

Egg and Cream Cheese Pancakes!!!
I tried these yesterday and they were soooooo good!!!
2 eggs
2 oz of cream cheese (I used reduced fat)
a pinch of sweetener or honey is optional
Put everything in magic bullet or blender until mixed. let sit a couple minutes to set and get some of the bubbles out. Cook in a pan just as you would regular pancakes! You can put syrup on these if you like or depending if you added honey or sweetener, you may not need syrup! So yummy!0
