I Thought that i would take the time and post before and after pics. When i started this weight loss journey i thought this day would never come that i never reach my goal weight. I have had days that i was good and days that i would fall off and binge. I have always let myself have one cheat day that i don't excersise and i dont log what i eat. That one cheat day really helped me stay on track. There has been alot of hard work and sweat and tears that have gone with the weight loss. I workout 4 days week for an hour doing zumba and I make sure i eat all my calories and half of my workout calories. I have ate the same things the entire time but i just make sure i stay with my calorie and goal limits.. In 2006 i had our first kid. He was a big baby at over 11 pounds when he was born by c-section. The weight did not come off easy after him and my body and weight was never the same. Then in 2009 i had our secound son who was also a big baby weighing over 10 pounds when he was born. I got onto the scale one day almost a year after having our secound child and I looked down and it read 155!! I cryed i was so upset at 5'2 that i was 155 pounds! I told myself that was it i was going to get back down to my weight i was before having kids. When i first started this weight loss journey i had all excuses for everything on why i couldn't get to the weight i wanted to be. I would say either i was way to busy or it's to hard or make some type of reason up. I finally stuck hard and strong with it july 2011. I told myself NO more excuses for anything!! I have to make the time no matter what get out of the house to work out and stay with my calorie goal. It was not easy at all but im so happy i did it.. I am now 123 pounds. 3 pounds away from my goal weight of 120 pounds. After i reach this goal i want to get toned and maintain this weight. I am so thankful for mfp and all my friends on here. I am so gald i had mfp with me through it all.

You and I are the same height and had approximately the same start weight and similar goal. So thank you for sharing and inspiring.

It has not been easy at all but so worth it when you reach your goal weight. Hope you all are doing well on your journey and keep up the great work everyone! :)
