Blend it with almond milk. I don't do dairy and I use unsweetened almond milk. I drink a protein shake every day for breakfast. One cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of why isolate protein powder, 1 tbs peanut or almond butter and a handful or two of baby spinach if I have some in the house. Add ice and blend.

Ahhhh my specialty!! I had the Lap Band, so Protein Powder is Dr prescribed and a huge part of my diet!! I flavor it with Baking cocoa, crystal light packets...my FAVORITE is orange...tastes like a creamsicle!! Uhhhhh lets se, what else have I used?? Oh, coffee...that didn't go well.....I have also mixed it chai tea...I like mine with milk anyway...that worked ok...Whatever you use...Ive found you have to really shake the crap out of it to mix it, but worth it...and I start with lukewarm water (not hot, it clumps) and after mixing well add a few ice cubes, them mix some more. Oh and if Im on my "liquid days" which Dr makes me go on once a month for 4 days, and I want more solid...I will mix 1/2 scoop in my greek yogurt...YUMMM!! The baking cocoa mixes well too....I use water to reduce calories, but sometimes do half coconut milk, and half water and a tablespoon of cocoa..its really yummy!! ANd much healthier than premade shakes....at least you know whats in it!! Hope this helps!!

Thanks for the idea to add protein powder to coconut water! I had bought a ton hoping to get my potassium intake up but I can't stand the taste. I'm gonna give this a try!

    Ever try those plastic shaker?

It works wonder without the hassle! I often put powder in it before I hit the gym,, afterward,, just add water and it ready to drink within a minute. Below you can see what I am talking about,, mine is neon green!!! Use the store locator to see who sell it.

I add vanilla protein powder to everything! Whole grain pancake batter, oatmeal, greek yogurt, oatmeal cookies, "no-bake" cookies, even throw it in my kids' pudding cups and mix it up before I give it to them. Also, I have added it to cake mixes and had no problems with the taste but it does change the texture a little. Not in a bad way, just made it a little tougher I guess. Nobody noticed.

If you have the chocolate kind, you can put it chocolate soy milk and it makes it like a dark chocolate milk shake, super yummy! (I like dark chocolate best.)

And don't forget, if you like the fruit flavored kind of powders, you can sprinkle it on frozen berries and stuff, then leave it in the fridge to thaw over night, and when you wake up, it's got sort of a protein "glaze" on it, like mascerated berries. Good way to get some protein in the morning!

I just mix the protein powder with water. Sometimes blend it with fruit like a banana or strawberries. I can have milk, but I just use water most of the time.
