Jamie Eason's LiveFit Workout Program

    I am in week 8! I didn't do it to lose weight but to tone up. I am 5 feet and was 98lbs when I started. Now I am between 100 and 101. I have lost a little bit of fat but still have a long way to go, I carry a lot of my fat in my legs/butt and hips.
    If you do it, stick with it!! The first 4 non-cardio weeks are hell. You feel giant, bulky, nothing fits....Then you add cardio in and in week 7 changes start happening :)
    I don't follow her macros for the meal plan. I do higher healthy fat and lower carb, my body seems to like this better.
    Let me know if you decided to do it, I will cheer you along :)

    I am glad to hear your take on it because I am starting to feel bulky with muscles starting but fats just not going any where... YET!
