At home weight training

I was wondering if anyone had some good exercises to do at home to help with adding more muscle. I run 5 days a week I feel that I need to add more lean body mass. I only have 5 lb dumbbells that i use during 6 week 6 pack. I also have Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown. I like her idea of body weight training for lean muscle but not bulky muscle.
Does anyone know of some good exercises to follow to help with this??
Thank you for any input.

You could try googling DB excercises to do with 5's and 10's.
Pushups, Pullups, Lunges, etc would all be great.
Don't be afraid to lift weight though. That doesn't make you "bulky"0 -
i train at home mostly, I would suggest an adjustable bench, a small selection cast weights and kettle bells in different weights and do some incline flys, tricep extenstions and basic curls to start with0

You're going to need some bigger dumbbells. Can you lift those more than 8-10 times? If so, then they're too light. Adjustable dumbbells make sense for home use because they are compact and comparatively cheaper than buying every weight dumbbell separately.0

I use my kettlebell 2 days a week for strength on non run days. I do 20 reps of each exercise (lumberjacks, leg swings, torso crunches, lifts) 8 times a day while at the office0
