Help calculating london broil?

I'm making a top round london broil tonight and I'm having trouble getting a decent calorie count. When I select it in the database (going to broil it), the serving size just says "1 piece" and it varies between 600-700+ calories. That can't be right...

The one I buy is 4oz for 170 calories. I hope that helps.0

I see 40 or 50 different options in the food database for "london broil". Choose one that calculated calories by ounce, and be sure to weigh your meat pre-cooked.0
