What are your fave healthy food/s that you wont ever get bored of? Mine are:

- Raw carrots
- Raw Peppers
- Beetroot (I love eating it out the jar!)
- Sweetcorn! (Can easily eat a big tin of it)

    I'VE HAD THIS SAME BREAKFAST FOR 8 MONTHS STRAIGHT!!!! .........Never get tired of it!!

    Omelette
    - 1egg, 6 egg whites
    - cinnamon
    - 1/4 cup onion
    - 1/4 cup mushroom
    (I fry up the veggies first NOT with oil...pam)

    Oatmeal
    - 1/4 or 1/2 cup plain oats
    - cinnamon
    - frozen blueberries
    - 1/2 banana
    - 1/8 or 1/4 cup skim milk
    - splenda to sweeten if desired
