What's a good substitute for Mayonnaise?

I know that there is low-fat or lite mayo available, but when you cook with it, it breaks down kind of funny. Does anyone have any other good suggestions for a substitute that may hold up better?

Try Greek Yogurt0

Sour cream or greek yogurt (like fage - the thick stuff) works for me...the yogurt makes a darn good deviled egg mixture.... try avocado as well if you don't care about color.0

The Dukan Diet suggests, and I have made it, 1 egg yolk mixed with lemon juice, mustard and some fromage frais
Its good but you have to like the idea of raw egg0 -
Miracle Whip really is not that bad for you. If you are working out it will not really affect you. There really is not that much calories in Miracle Whip.0

Hadn't thought of the Greek yogurt. I will definitely give it a try. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of Miracle Whip; but may check it out at least in items that I am cooking with. Thanks for the tips everyone, I really appreciate it.0

have you tried olive oil mayonnaise? Since I started buying it, I won't buy any other kind!0

I don't like mayonnaise, so I always use ketchup0
