Help me build up my home gym

So I bought a bunch of dumbbells and due to a shipping error they never sent them and are now out of stock. So I am wondering should I reorder them or should I just bite the bullet and get an Olympic barbell and weights? I originally ordered the dumbbells to do Chalean extreme. But now I am considering doing NROLFW. Any advice?

I have done CLX and have gone through a couple weeks of NROLFW so far. I think NROLFW is far better. Squats with DBs are just not the same as squats with a BB. The BB and weight set will be a much better investment.

I got a bench, barbell, dumbbells and 300 pounds of weight used off of craigslist. You might try that route. I got a great deal but I see weights on there all the time. I got the most bang for my buck this way. :)

Olympic weight set, plus power rack, bench, dip bars and pull up bar attachment.

I have a cage, barbell, dumbbells, resistance bands, recumbent bike, steps with risers, chin up bar, skipping ropes, yoga mat, P90X, and total gym. I use the dumbbells every day and maybe everything else once a year. It was my hubby who wanted to build a home gym, and never use it. lol
I like the CorebodyReformer I saw online but they wont ship to canada. And right now I am saving up to buy an Ugi ball.

I've spend less than $1500 on all of my equipment brand new. A very good price. My secret is Costco. They have really decent stuff for awesome prices.

Go for the olympic weight set. Got mine used from a local trading paper. NROLW rocks, btw!

I'd guess if you are buying the big weights you might want to look at a local second hand sports/athletic shop. I'm guessing you could get a lot more for a lot less.
