I have been having a decent pace with my weight loss and i am happy with my progress so far . Unfortunately I had a little health hiccup and had to have some surgery. So now no heavy lifting not stress on my abdomen aka no gym time for a month ahh. Im afraid that walking ( I'm afraid to run but thats another issue) won't be enough and I want to lose another 10 pounds before my 25th (ahh) birthday which is a little over a month from now. I need some help here. ps. this is my first post

Well if it's a month and a week from now you can actually lose the weight simply by changing your goals here to 2lbs a week. Set yourself on sedentary since you'll be in recovery mode, and try and get in at least 3 hours of walking in the week and you'll be there by your birthday no problem. :) Just make sure to eat back those exercise calories since your body is going to need them while you recover!
