I have been having a decent pace with my weight loss and i am happy with my progress so far . Unfortunately I had a little health hiccup and had to have some surgery. So now no heavy lifting not stress on my abdomen aka no gym time for a month ahh. Im afraid that walking ( I'm afraid to run but thats another issue) won't be enough and I want to lose another 10 pounds before my 25th (ahh) birthday which is a little over a month from now. I need some help here. ps. this is my first post

Well if it's a month and a week from now you can actually lose the weight simply by changing your goals here to 2lbs a week. Set yourself on sedentary since you'll be in recovery mode, and try and get in at least 3 hours of walking in the week and you'll be there by your birthday no problem. Just make sure to eat back those exercise calories since your body is going to need them while you recover!0
