Maybe get stuff packed up the night before. Make a quick sandwich in the morning and throw it in the bag with the rest of it. You could take some frozen meals, (Yes I know they are loaded with sodium, but if you don't have time to get a lot ready, they'll work) Can you keep snacks at work? Carrots and nuts and such? Then you just have to think of a main dish to get ready.0

Perhaps on a Sunday (or whenever you have free time) cook a few dishes (soups, salads, meats, fish) etc, healthy ones/things you enjoy eating put them in the tupperwares (label them Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri) and put the rest in the freezer. You could always get the frozen dinners but those sometimes have high sodium. I also bring snacks w/ me such as yogurt, bananas, nuts, fruit, etc. as this helps also, you could probably do this as well. Oh, and salads can be good for bringing with you as long as you separate the lettuce from the dressing. For example if you use a mason jar, and you put the lettuce on the bottom, and layer the other things you perhaps want on your salad on top and you can put your dressing on top and the salad should be good for at least 3-4 days in the refrigerator. (Or you could buy small tupperware containers to put dressing in). Hope this helps a little bit.0

Hello, welcome to MFP. I myself work allot, sometimes 16 hours a day. So far I have been on MFP for 3 months this comming April 4th and so far I have lost 25 pounds. I plan out most of my work meals on my days off (pre package as well) on the days I dont have time to fix anything for lunch, I will grab a pack of instant oatmeal or fix a quick bowl of cereal and buy a bottle of milk at work. I take 20 minutes out of my 1 hour lunch break to eat and the remainder 40 I use to walk everyday. I hope this helps and good luck on your journey, this website has motivated me to loose 25 pounds allready and I am someone who was never ever into calorie counting or working out. It is the best place to get everything you need to be very successful!!0
