Intermittent fasting and strength training?

Anyone lifting heavy while intermittent fasting? If so, what are your energy levels like and are you noticing any difference on the weights?

I started doing it on my cut about a month ago.. Not sure what it is but i seem to be hitting pr's .. Energy seems a little higher thinking about it now. easily finishing my gym sessions atm. didn't really think of IF being the cause but i guess its working.. and its a hell of a fun diet to be on~!0

Now are you guys doing the 17 hour a day fasting or are you taking 2 days a week off fasting.0

I usually eat once per day at about 8pm-12am. Sometimes I'll snack before then at most once but not often. I try not to as it messes with my concentration. Other than that, yes, I lift during a fast usually right before I feed.0
