Anyone ever try this?
This is a great distraction when you have the munchies!
-Get a diet pop of your choice
-put it in a cup with a spoon in it
-add splenda or your fav calorie free sweatener and mix ( optional)
-and freeze it over night or during the day
- and enjoy!!
- (make sure to run it under hot water when its frozen because its going to freeze to the cup and take forever to get out hahaa.)

Thought I would throw this out there. If you buy popsicle sticks and paper dixie cups when you freeze said mixture all you have to do is peel off the paper cup. This way you don't run the risk of melting your popsicle by running it under hot water.
My family used to do the above method with frozen pickle juice whenever we ran a small concession stand.0 -
Oooo thanks for the idea :happy:0
