Does it matter if I go for a 15 min fast walk every day instead of 30 mins 4 times a week? Which is better for me? I am much more likely to keep up the short distance everyday

    There's your answer.

    Weight Watchers used to say it didn't matter what you chopped your exercise into; 10 min chunks were fine.

    Do whatever you can, don't worry about getting to 30 minutes straight away.

    I do about 2-3 miles of walking everyday over 8-9 hours. I still record it. As long as I'm moving, its better than sitting and doing nothing. I think the same applies to you. You're doing things at your pace and whats comfortable to you! I say stick to the fast walk daily. I got 3 friends on my list that lost over 100 lbs just walking!

    which ever you will stick to (sounds like the shorter time).

    With time you might increase it, if you stick with it.

    At the moment I go every other day for at least 40 minutes. I am alternating between Couch to 5k and also will be starting Jillian micahels 30 day Shred.....will see how it goes :)
