Anyways, I'm a dane and recently joined this site. I found this great APP for my phone and now I'm using the site as well. I'd like to pair up (get new friends) from all over the world. It would be great with support as well as giving back tips and share experiences. I'm currently trying to stick to my "under 1400" diet. I exercise more than I usually did and try to work out 3-4 times a week at minimum. I aim at doing 30minutes of exercise a day.

My problems:
- I'm good at making healthy food, but feel locked to certain foods due to family (they don't like salads much..) and economy (I'm a student ^^)
- I exercise some, but not as much as I like. Also, my motivation is at a low point and I feel myself needing acceptance and help.
- I eat too much pasta, rice and patatoes! :)

My english is not perfect, but I'm willing to improve :)
