I'm more bloated if I eat wheat based foods and dairy, so I avoid them.0

try glutin and/or wheat free for a few days and see if it helps. Also, certain veggies tend to make me bloated, along with milk0

I drink green tea when I have that bloated feeling. Its proven to reduce bloating apparently.

Being lactose intolerant I felt bloated when I ate dairy products..now I completely cut them off and only have this feeling (way slighter) when I eat bread, pasta or legumes..0

Try and eat less sodium by cutting back on processed/packaged foods. All the sodium will retain water; also, try and eat more potassium, such as bananas, green leafy veggies and raisins; this will help to excrete more sodium and thus more water, leading to less bloat. Eating more dairy actually helps with bloat as well0
