Lower sodium salad dressings

I went to the doctor yesterday and my blood pressure was high. I need to lower my sodium overall and looking over my food diary one of the larger parts of sodium is salad dressings.

anyone have good recommendations for lower sodium salad dressings. I may go down the route of making my own but like to have some in the house just in case.

Thanks

Bolthouse Farms has a line of yogurt dressings (in cooler section by produce usually) that are pretty low calorie and a few are low sodium as well. My current favorite is the honey mustard one. 45 cals for 2 tablespoon serving and 110 mg sodium which is pretty decent. The flavor is really good too. I would check into these. I also want to try Emeril's House Herb Vinaigrette is like 80 calories a serving and only 70mg sodium but I haven't tried it yet.

Otherwise making your own is a great option. I mix zest of a lime with the juice, 1 tablespoon orange juice, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard, and a pepper and it's amazing yet simple!

seems like all the fat-free dressing substitute sodium-some have nearly 500 mg for 1 serving!! Found a tasty one at Kroger: Olde Cape Cod Lite Sweet & Sour Poppy Seed dressing, has 80 cal per 2 TBS serving, but only 40 mg of sodium! I am willing to trade the calories for the sodium many days due to the fluid retention.

Oil and Vinegar, or Oil, lemon, dijon mustard. Add some herbs for more flavor.
