5 years worth of cardio got me this far.
Just in the 3 months strength got me to this point and I am not done yet!

A work in progress, but I've seen more progress with strength(heavy lifting) than anything else.
Everyone looks amazing!!!!0 -
^ Your arms are an inspiration! Mine are my least favorite part...0

Wow! Major Bump! I was afraid to take "Before" pics - always hid from camera. Love this!0

Thank you!!
FYE I hated my arms before. I'm just now started to like them. Strength training does wonders. I recommend adding it if you aren't doing it already! My routine was set up by my power-lifting boyfriend and his gym buddies. I lift like a man.
You will get there! **hugs**0 -
I finally made a collage! Before- 156 lbs, After-136 lbs.
Not to be rude but you didnt even need to lose weight when you were at 150ish.... but your beautiful either way just be careful you look very thin now almost too thin.again not being rude just honest
I AGREE.... FIRST PIC IS WAY BETTER

Oh, and btw - just in case I'm sounding cougarish - not that at all. Just appreciate beauty in all its forms. My guy is what I'm working to catch up to - he never hits a gym, it's all from his job - and he's gonna be 59 this year. Now that's amazing too...
Wow you are both looking fantastic Great inspiration !0 -

Faintgreeneye,
You are awesome. You look fantastic. You should not let these big-mouthed, discouraging people take away anything from what you have accomplished. I aspire to look like you. I started this New Years at 163 and I am down to 147. I might not be totally toned and thin yet but I am still so proud of what I've accomplished.
Seeing the jerky things people wrote on your pics makes me not want to post my own pics. But know that you are gorgeous, and when I do look like you, I will post some!0 -
