Weight Goal: lose 40 pounds ...15.5 pounds down in 3 months!
Fitness Goals: Being able to participate in the Warrior Dash, C25K...currently in progress.

Aside from that, I've been following Dr. Weil's Anti-inflammatory diet since January 2nd. The results are amazing. I feel great! No joint pain, no sinus headaches. LOTS of energy. Every day I stick to this food pyramid, I consider it a goal achieved.

I set my weight goal to 125 but doubt I will reach it - I lift a lil too much for that (:
Body fat % - I would love for it to be a 20 or less...

    110-115.

    I'm within my goal weight.

I want to tone up! I don't like looking like skin, bones and fat.

My first goal is to get my BMI under 30. Nearly there!

Target weight is 210lb. I was 287lb when I started this journey.

Long term goal is to get fitter, eat healthier and live longer.

My reward when I hit 210lb is a cold beer. Will be the first in many months for me :drinker:
