Count me in! I know it's going to be an ambicious goal for me though. I had hoped to lose 9 lbs in March, and it's shaping up to be only 7. So April will be even tougher, but it will push me to work harder. On the plus side, I had to go light on working out in March, due to tendonitis, but am back 100% for April. So, with the added workouts, I might just make that goal for April. Let's do this!!
7lbs. in a month is awesome! I think if you aim for 10, and you only get 6 or 7, it's working. Good job!0 -
