Hey! my names Kit, I've been using MFP faithfully for the past week, eating better, and working out and I've lost two pounds! Not a huge number but it's motivation for me to keep on going! I'm looking for some friends so we can keep each other motivated :smile:

    Hi Kit! 2 pounds is great!

    I'm new too. Just started out his week. I've lost 1 pound so far. :p I'm hoping I could lose that second pound this weekend :o I'm gonna send you an invite, if it's cool with you. :p
